The Piling Equipment Ltd Hire Process

Here at Piling Equipment Ltd, we are proud to have one of the newest and most diverse hire fleets available. We also offer a range of flexible rental options as well as providing excellent service throughout. Discover what our process for hiring piling rigs and piling equipment entails here:

Step 1

Take a look at our website to view our complete rig and equipment inventory. We have an extensive range of machines including but not limited to, CFA, Rotary, Mini-rigs and Drop hammers.

If you are after something specific not listed on our site, do get in touch with our team and we will try our best to source the equipment for you.

Step 2

See something you like? Get in touch with us!

Prior to rental, our team like to know as much as possible about your individual project requirements and specifications. Therefore, in order to provide the most suitable rig and equipment for the job, we will need to discuss the following with you; ground conditions, the depth/diameter required, and any potential site restrictions.

Our team will then decide which equipment and drilling accessories are best suited to your project and jobsite. At this stage, we will also discuss with you our various rental options, pricing structures and haulage choices. Haulage is available across the UK, please ask us for further information and pricing options.

Step 3

Once you have talked with our team and finalised your rental agreement, we will prepare your rig and equipment. Our workshop team ensure all machinery and equipment is fully inspected, serviced, and fuelled prior to arrival on site; this ensures everything is in tip-top condition and ready to work upon arrival.

Step 4

Finally, once all the equipment has been prepped and is ready to go, we will arrange haulage directly from our HQ to your job site. Alternatively, equipment is able to be collected from our HQ.

Step 5

Once your rental period is due to end, please get in contact with our hire team to arrange transportation back to our HQ, two to three days’ notice is preferable.

Postscript

If something does happen on site for whatever reason, we offer a breakdown service to get your project back on track as quickly as possible. Our team have years of industry experience and knowledge on and off site. Their problem solving and fault-finding skills are unparalleled, and more often than not our engineers will be able to fix your machine on site, ensuring your project can continue with little disruption. Our breakdown service covers the length and breadth of the UK. If a problem does arise simply contact our hire team.
